under physiological conditions.

It can be used for studies of platelet receptors by light transmission aggregometry (LTA). Prostaglandins are known as
strong inhibitors of convulxin-induced platelet aggregation.
- Convulxin: Reconstitute the vial of Convulxin with HEPES buffered saline (pH 6.5) and dilute to the desired concentration (0,1 μg/mL) with the same buffer.
- Storage after reconstitution: Room temperature 8 hours +2 to +8°C 2 days.
- The reconstituted product can be frozen immediately and stored at -80°C for 1 month. Avoid refreezing.
- Collagen: Aggregation with collagen at 0.5 µg/ml is used as a positive control.
