No hook effect is observed for AT concentrations ≤ 200% (7.5 µg/mL of purified ATIII).
No interference is observed for: Unfractionated Heparin (UFH) and Low Molecular Weight Heparin (LMWH) ≤ 2 IU/mL, Bilirubin ≤ 0.2 g/L, Haemoglobin ≤ 2 g/L, Intralipid® ≤ 0.75% (corresponding to 20 g/L of triglycerides).
The presence of rheumatoid factor may result in an overestimation of the AT concentration.
