for research use only and should not be used for patient diagnosis or treatment.Associated calibrator and controls are available: BIOPHEN™ Plasma Calibrator (Ref A222101-RUO), BIOPHEN™ Normal Control Plasma (Ref A223201-RUO) and BIOPHEN™ Abnormal Control Plasma (Ref A223301-RUO).
- Total Assay Time: < 10 min
- Detection Threshold: ≤ 5%
- Dynamic Range: 0 to 150%
- Intra-Assay CV: < 4%
- Inter-Assay CV: < 8%
- No hook effect is observed for AT concentrations ≤ 200% (7.5 µg/mL of purified ATIII).
- No interference is observed for: Unfractionated Heparin (UFH) and Low Molecular Weight Heparin (LMWH) ≤ 2 IU/mL, Bilirubin ≤ 0.2 g/L, Haemoglobin ≤ 2 g/L, Intralipid® ≤ 0.75% (corresponding to 20 g/L of triglycerides).
- The presence of rheumatoid factor may result in an overestimation of the AT concentration.
