Chromogenic anti-Xa method for measuring homogeneously heparin (UFH) using the same calibration curve (kinetics method, one stage). The assay can also be used for testing heparin analogues, such as Sodium Danaparoid (Orgaran), or Pentasaccharide, ARIXTRA (Fondaparinux). Automatic or Manual method.
